Terms of Service
These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of the Khaoxx Bot (“the Bot”, “we”, “us”, or “our”) on Discord and in connection with this website. By adding or using Khaoxx Bot in your Discord server or account, you agree to be bound by these Terms, as well as the Discord Terms of Service and Community Guidelines. If you do not agree, you may not use the Bot.
1. Eligibility & Account Responsibility
You may only use Khaoxx Bot if you are permitted to use Discord under Discord’s own terms and your local laws (including any minimum age requirements). You are responsible for:
- Maintaining the security of your Discord account and any servers where you have administrative access.
- Ensuring that your use of the Bot follows all applicable laws and regulations.
- Any actions taken through your account or your server while using the Bot.
2. Acceptable Use
You agree not to misuse Khaoxx Bot. Prohibited uses include, but are not limited to:
- Engaging in harassment, hate speech, threats, or any form of illegal or abusive behavior.
- Attempting to exploit, spam, or overload the Bot, Discord API, or related infrastructure.
- Using the Bot to violate Discord’s Terms of Service, Community Guidelines, or Developer Policies.
- Bypassing or attempting to bypass restrictions, rate limits, or safety mechanisms built into the Bot.
- Using the Bot to store, distribute, or link to malware, pirated content, or other harmful material.
3. Server Owner & Admin Responsibilities
If you are a server owner or administrator, you are responsible for how Khaoxx Bot is used in your server. This includes:
- Configuring the Bot’s permissions, roles, and channels in a safe and appropriate way.
- Informing your members about any logging, moderation, or data-handling done via the Bot.
- Ensuring that your server rules and usage of the Bot comply with these Terms and with Discord’s policies.
4. Features, Availability & Changes
Khaoxx Bot is provided “as is” and “as available”. We may add, change, suspend, or remove features at any time, with or without notice. We may also temporarily or permanently disable the Bot for specific users, servers, or globally if needed for maintenance, updates, security, or policy reasons.
5. Data & Privacy
Our handling of data when you use Khaoxx Bot is described in the Khaoxx Bot Privacy Policy. By using the Bot, you also agree to that Privacy Policy. Server owners and administrators are responsible for informing their members about how the Bot is used in their server.
6. Intellectual Property
Unless otherwise stated, Khaoxx Bot, its code, branding, and content are owned by the Bot owner and/or respective rights holders. You may not copy, modify, distribute, host a public clone, or reverse engineer the Bot or its services without explicit permission, except where allowed by law.
7. Termination & Suspension
We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to:
- Remove the Bot from your server.
- Block or restrict your user account or server from using the Bot.
- Disable or limit certain commands, features, or integrations.
This may occur for any reason, including but not limited to violation of these Terms, the Privacy Policy, Discord’s rules, or suspected abuse, exploitation, or security issues.
8. Disclaimers
Khaoxx Bot is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis, without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we disclaim all warranties, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.
9. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, we shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or exemplary damages arising out of or in connection with your use of Khaoxx Bot. Our total liability for any claim related to the Bot will not exceed the amount you have paid us for use of the Bot (if any) in the 3 months prior to the event giving rise to the claim, or zero if no payment was made.
10. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless the Khaoxx Bot owner from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys’ fees) arising out of or in any way connected with your use of the Bot, your violation of these Terms, or your violation of any rights of another person or entity.
11. Changes to These Terms
We may update or revise these Terms from time to time. When we do, we will adjust the “Last updated” date at the top of this page. Your continued use of Khaoxx Bot after any changes means you accept the updated Terms. If you do not agree to the new Terms, you must stop using the Bot and, if applicable, remove it from your server.
